Data controller

MDG Outdoor is run by MDG Technology AB (556979-8159), Kostervägen 6, 181 35 Lidingö, which is the data controller. Questions about your data can be emailed to mikael@mdgoutdoor.com.

What data and why

When you send a request through the forms, I receive your name, email, phone number and what you write about the lesson (for example date, number of participants, level and message). Corporate requests also include the company name.

The data is only used to respond to your request, plan and run the lesson, and send a confirmation. The legal basis is taking steps before, and performing, a contract with you. I send no newsletters and never sell or share the data with anyone else.

How long

Requests are kept for 12 months and then deleted. If a request leads to a paid lesson, payment records are kept for 7 years as required by Swedish bookkeeping law.

Services that handle the data

The website is hosted by Vercel and form emails are sent via Resend. They process the data on my behalf. Emails are received and answered in Gmail (Google). These are US companies, so data may be transferred to the USA. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies

This website uses no cookies and no tracking or visitor analytics. Like all web servers, Vercel briefly logs technical data such as IP addresses for operations and security.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how it is used. Email mikael@mdgoutdoor.com and I'll sort it out.

If you think I am handling your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (imy.se).
